Club Car serial numbers help determine both the model and year of your golf cart.
Serial numbers are structured like this:
Next 2 numbers = Year
Remaining numbers = Production week

These carts typically have:
• Two separate seat backs
• Rubber-coated pipe armrests
• Silver aluminum roof supports
• Thin plastic roof with no handles

Under the passenger side glove box.
Club Car DS (2000.5–Present)
These carts typically have:
• One connected seat back
• Molded triangular plastic armrests
• Black roof supports
• Molded roof with grab handles
Serial number location:
Sticker behind the accelerator pedal on the frame.
Club Car Precedent (2004–Present)
Features include:
• 360° wrap-around front bumper
• Molded plastic rear roof supports
• Modern body style
Serial number location:
Inside the passenger glove box or under the glove box on the kick panel.

EZGO carts require the manufacturer/model number to determine the year.

• Near the rear tire
• Under the front bumper
• Inside the glove box
Yamaha models include:
G1, G2, G3, G5, G8, G9, G11, G14, G16, G19, G20, G21, G22, and Drive (2007–Present).
